Frequent questions
& answers
The actual selection process is not there to test your current knowledge in aviation. But to test your ability to absorb information and turn it into knowledge. We work with a number of airlines and have adapted our selection to meet the airlines’ requirements based on personality traits.
Aviators is responsible for the program with mentorship and internship, while Superior Air is responsible as a European approved ATO, flight school.
It is not possible to prepare for the tests.
Grades show that you can take in information and turn it into knowledge. But our tests are also designed to capture this knowledge.
We value more your personality and your ability to collaborate and communicate.
Of course, you can apply again, contact us for feedback after your tests.
We believe that flight schools today take in anyone, which leads to pilots who then cannot handle the airlines’ own selection. We train commercial pilots and our goal is always for our pilots to have a successful career. Therefore, we believe that we are obliged to be honest before our students make a big effort to complete this journey.
