Ryanair continues to expand and invest in the Swedish market and launches ten new direct routes ahead of the summer season, of which a number to completely new destinations in Europe from Stockholm Arlanda, as well as two domestic routes to Luleå and Visby. In total, it provides 35 new lines and over 140 departures per week from Arlanda.
In connection with the inauguration of Ryanair’s establishment and twenty-three new routes from Stockholm Arlanda Airport ahead of the winter season, the Irish low-cost carrier announces a continued expansion of twelve new routes from Arlanda ahead of the summer season 2022. Ryanair will place a total of four aircraft at the new base. 35 new lines, which gives over 140 departures from Arlanda per week.
Half of the destinations are new to the airport and complement Arlanda’s other destination offerings. In connection with the establishment, Ryanair is also launching additional domestic traffic with flights to Luleå and Visby from Arlanda. Stockholm-Luleå will be operated seven times a week with Ryanair flying to Visby three times a week.
In addition to Luleå and Visby, Ryanair will also fly to Brindisi in Italy, Beziers, Corfu, Poznan, Wroclaw and Zadar, all of which are new destinations for Arlanda. Ryanair also intends to start flying to Chania, Rome-Fiumicino, Palma de Mallorca and Venice. The routes will fly one to five times a week during the summer season.
